After leaving an executive position in the seniors' housing industry, Steve received his real estate license in 2008, his Broker's license in 2011 and is now looking to receive his Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Calgary in the spring of 2016. Throughout this time, he has focused on selling development land and providing development consulting services, particularly in the area east of the City of Calgary.
